Trane Technologies is hiring a Digital Project Manager in Davidson, NC. This is a role aimed at promoting our technology to help drive revenues globally. This role will work on projects related to controls, digital Building Management System “BMS”, and Trane autonomous controls (Brainbox AI). Will collaborate closely with the Digital futurist leader and Commercial HVAC teams to help roll-out digital controls solutions across the Americas. Engages with commercial sales office teams on key digital controls customers and engagements.

Where is the work :
Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do :
Support a variety of digital transformation projects such as the twin, analytics, intelligent services etc. across different SBUs.
Collaborate with sales office teams on customer projects related to digital BMS and Trane controls.
Learn and develop best practices that can be leveraged more broadly.
Partner with Product Management, Digital Engineering, and Controls Product Engineering teams to support a variety of digital strategies.
Develop, grow, and maintain a repository of customer success stories and use cases to leverage.
Provide regular updates to key Digital stakeholders.\
Be a self-starter who needs minimal supervision. Take ownership for business outcomes.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
Experience in project management with a focus on software and digital products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Self-starter with a bias for action and results.
Ability to effectively collaborate across functions, SBUs and Enterprise Teams to achieve a positive, productive outcome.
Strong communications skills and a demonstrated ability to gather facts and deliver succinct messages to business stakeholders.
Compensation :
Base Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
Additional Compensation : Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
