In this role, you will work with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to develop manufacturing equipment solutions for the Tyler-based manufacturing operations. This will be a hands-on role where you will assist with process equipment design, modeling, time studies and commissioning of new assembly lines in a manufacturing environment. This will be a fast-paced assignment, with many diverse objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change and will have a bias for driving objective/task completion.

Responsibilities
- Aid in the development of manufacturing process concepts
- Aid in the specification and procurement of production equipment
- Hands on development of large-scale mock-ups of assembly processes and material flow in a team environment
- Process analysis to identify and execute improvement opportunities
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Junior level studies in Engineering or Engineering Technologies
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- 3-D design software a plus
