Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a foundational understanding of HVAC systems who are eager to develop their expertise in chiller applications. The successful candidate will assist in the design, selection, and application of chiller systems for various commercial and industrial projects, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

What you will do :
The Application Sales Specialist will be responsible for the development and distribution of equipment proposals in support of the MTA-USA sales team. This individual will use application data provided by customers to correctly size and accessorize MTA industrial cooling products using the company’s proprietary selection software. This individual will ideally have experience in technical product selection, application design, and quoting. The successful candidate will be task oriented, organized, and a good communicator.

Base Pay Range : $54,000 - $76,000 plus overtime
Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
