Trane Technologies is hiring an Entry Level Controls Project Manager in West Texas. The Entry Level Controls Project Manager is responsible for execution of smaller HVAC controls projects including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. They can take the lead on specific assigned tasks on larger control projects with oversight. The Entry Level Controls Project Manager will manage a portfolio of smaller projects. Other duties as assigned.
Where is the work : Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 per year plus incentive
Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
