This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Job Summary :
Trane in Connecticut is hiring for an Equipment Solutions Leader. In this role, you will lead the equipment solutions team whose members are responsible for the lifecycle of an equipment sale from estimating to project closeout. Acting as a player coach, you will also be responsible for the equipment portion of select projects including validating the equipment selection, pricing, discounts, and creation / submission of submittals. You will be accountable for the strategy and performance achievement of the specific budget objectives.

Compensation :
Base Pay Range : $120,000 - $150,000 plus incentive
Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
