What you will do :
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient individual to manage procurement and financial responsibilities for specific SBUs within the Americas IT Organization. The successful candidate will also partner with the IT Americas Senior Ops and Finance leader to standardize financial processes across all SBUs. Key responsibilities include long-range planning, executing the annual operating plan, reports out project financials, and overseeing month-end processes. This role requires collaboration across the organization to ensure Americas IT meets business and senior leadership expectations in a timely manner and within budget.
Develop and manage long-range financial plans. Execute the annual operating plan and budget. Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Lead financial processes for project accounting. Monitor and mentor project managers on project budgets.
Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, including project capital vs. expense accounting and asset creation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Lead month-end closing activities and conduct monthly financial reviews with budget owners.
Coordinate and manage SBU reporting, metrics, and Monthly Operating Reviews. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Partner with the Americas IT business operations and finance leader to standardize IT financial and procurement processes across SBUs. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the SBU leadership team in financials, staffing plans, and hiring to support strategic business initiatives and projects by securing funding and finding alternative solutions.
Participate in critical aspects of the SBU IT PMO (Program Management Office), including project pipeline (demand), prioritization, governance of project methodologies, and reporting of key performance and portfolio metrics.
Partner with other Program & Operations Leaders, building a network of others tasked with running the operational components of areas and applying best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve IT business services.
Collaborate with the ability to connect across groups with proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
Utilize lean thinking and tools to identify cost-saving opportunities.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management; MBA is a plus but not required.
10 years of finance, program management experience, technical experience, and / or people leadership.
Strong financial business acumen.
Organization and planning skills with the ability to identify problems and build strong solutions.
Advanced Excel skills for finance are required; Tableau and Alteryx experience is a plus.

Compensation :
Base Pay Range : $123,800-164,200 Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
