- Assist in analyzing current manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence.
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Currently a sophomore, junior, senior from an university or college or recent graduate
- GPA 3.50.
