What you will do :
Position Summary : Responsible for leading initiatives related to the packaging of products sold and their successful delivery in the $5.5B CHVAC Americas business unit. The focus will be on the standardization & optimization of packaging materials and methods to drive safe handling, product protection and low cost. Responsibilities include establishing lowest total delivered cost shipping strategies and leveraging transportation options to satisfy our customers. This position will work with product management, engineering, suppliers, manufacturing plants and distribution operations to ensure all stakeholders are involved in standardization and elimination of shipping damage within a total cost perspective. This role extends from our customers through logistics, manufacturing and finally engineering. This position will report to the CHVAC Americas Vice President of Quality and Customer Experience.

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
This is a Remote position.

Compensation :
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents) : $80,000-$125,000
Additional Compensation : up to 10% bonus
