As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our (Specify line / product) team in LOCATION. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads / supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.
Where is the work :
Onsite : This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our La Crosse, WI facility (2nd shift hours are 3 : 30pm-2 : 30am); and is considered safety-sensitive.
What you will do :
- Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
- Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors / leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
- Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
- Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.

Compensation :
Base Pay Range : $60,000-90,000 / annually
