We boldly go.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our assembly line team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, reworking, and maintaining production units. Experience with electro-mechanical systems is essential, and familiarity with HVAC / R systems or diesel mechanics is a plus.Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with production units on the assembly line.- Perform rework and maintenance tasks to ensure units meet quality standards.- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address recurring issues.- Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately.- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability.- Assist in the maintenance and repair of automated test systems, as needed.Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC / R, or related field preferred.- Entry-level to mid-level experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.- Familiarity with HVAC / R systems and / or diesel mechanics is highly desirable.-Effective computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Effective communication skills.- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
