Job Summary
What you will do:
Trane in the Upper Midwest is hiring for a Regional Service Solutions Leader to join our team. In this role you will be leading a team of service professionals, providing for all Service activities within a large geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Function as Regional Leader for the service revenue stream, providing the leadership for all Service activities with internal and external customers.
- Responsible for the performance of the Service area and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific budget objectives.
- Incumbent must excel at hiring, developing, training, coaching, leading and motivating a diverse workforce for optimal results.
- Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team. Provide training to all employees to ensure a safe and productive work environment both in the shop and at customer sites.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in service leadership, preferably in a technical HVAC environment.
- Solid knowledge of service contracts.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
