This Senior Power Electronics Engineer - Application Technical Lead is responsible for integrating variable speed drives into Trane Commercial Systems' HVAC equipment and providing technical direction to Power Electronics Applications Team. This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 days / week on-site) in Engineering & Technology Center located in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Annual Compensation Range is $78,000 to $143,000 annually. Disclaimer : This salary range is based on US national averages. Actual pay could be a result of seniority / experience level, merit and geographic location where the actual work is performed.
