Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Service Center Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of agreement fulfillment in both an office and hands-on shop setting.
- Procure the appropriate materials for work completion, manage inventory, and oversee shipping and receiving activities.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Generate work orders, review shipping and receiving paperwork, and input information into a warehouse management program.
- Work collaboratively with the Procurement Department to fulfill equipment needs.
Requirements
- Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
- CDL-A License required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively on the phone.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
