We are looking for a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Trane Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing several IT Sourcing related categories, including Cloud Hosting, Data and Analytics Software, Human Resources Software, and other key IT categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to drive productivity, cost avoidance, and cash flow benefits
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including IT stakeholders and process partners (digital risk, data privacy, legal, etc.)
- Take ownership of process improvements and problem-solving to lead improvements across teams
- Train and develop others across fundamental procurement skills and tools
