This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite at least 3 days each week.
What you will do : Job Summary :
Trane in Arden Hills, MN is hiring for a Systems Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will function as an area sales leader for business sold primarily through the Equipment revenue streams while collaborating with your peers selling through the service, contracting, and Energy Services streams. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with contractor and consulting engineer / architect accounts. Sales constitutes all the processes and functions required for obtaining inside / outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Compensation :
Base Salary Pay Range : $150,000-225,000 / yr.
Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
