Job Summary
The Brand & Content Marketing Manager is a critical support role in the Americas Brand & Content Marketing team focused on supporting brand and content marketing for our Trane brand in the Commercial organization, as well as supporting Trane Supply. This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with multiple internal marketing teams to deliver integrated content strategies aligned with our customers’ journeys, and leverage strategic initiatives to grow brand awareness, preference, and intent to purchase. In addition to Brand & Content responsibility for the Trane and Trane Supply brands, this role has the potential to support all brands in the Americas portfolio, including Trane, American Standard, and others. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and effective communication to facilitate the success of campaigns and initiatives.

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Compensation :
Base Pay Range : $97,550-128,500 Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
