Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships with rental customers.
- Maximize account penetration and customer retention through effective sales strategies.
- Manage a team of Rental Account Managers to achieve annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
- Assemble high-performance teams and interact with Account Managers with differing business development requirements, customer focus, experience, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Experience in mentoring and/or successfully leading a project from start to finish.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
