We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Services Leader to join our team at Trane Technologies. This role is responsible for leading an executive selling team to develop financially viable projects for customers through consultative and outcome-based selling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving bookings, revenue, and profitability goals as well as helping our customers reduce the energy intensity and carbon footprint of their built environment.
This position requires a strong understanding of the energy and energy services marketplace, including sales experience, owner-direct sales management, and knowledge of large project contracts and financing.
About the Role:
- Overall responsibility for sales process excellence, including sales pipeline, sales strategy, quota setting, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, maximizing customer share, and customer retention.
- Hiring and onboarding of new associates, continued assessment of skills, and administering necessary training.
- Accurate sales forecasting and consistent use of Trane sales tools and systems.
- Responsible for achieving annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, and sales pipeline.
