The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain with large-scale, complex, and/or regional/global categories of spend, plus 5 years of applicable experience in power electronics and batteries/management systems. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's or MBA is preferred.
The successful candidate will possess collaborative, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
