Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead our service team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving service agreement base growth, repairs/installation/service turnkey growth by partnering with the acquisition team (sales), budget control responsibilities, risk mitigation, and overseeing the service coordination function.
Responsibilities
Provide P&L responsibility, monthly revenue forecasting, help drive service agreement base growth, repairs/installation/service turnkey growth by partnering with the acquisition team (sales). Budget Control Responsibilities including expenses as compared to targets for overhead items such as fleet, uniforms, tools, and safety equipment. Risk mitigation - responsible for managing risk in service agreements, service turnkey, and repairs work.
Qualifications
5 years experience in HVAC or a related field, technical systems (or equipment or skilled trades). 3 years experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules. Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests. Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications. Salesforce experience considered an asset.
