About the Opportunity
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with onsite work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
You'll be responsible for leading our strategic growth initiatives, focusing on building external grant funding and technical research partnerships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a technology research partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and governance structures.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to establish cooperation agreements and IP protection.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced contract management skills.
- Strong relationship management capabilities and procurement process acumen.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teams.
- Proven track record of delivering results and securing external grant funding.
- Ability to manage risk and willingness to travel.
Compensation Information
Base Pay Range: $142,000 - $189,000 plus commission/incentive plan. Total compensation includes company contribution to 401K plan.
