Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office functions, managing administrative staff, and supporting the overall productivity of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle inventory, order supplies as needed
- Maintain schedule management for therapists
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and outside offices to facilitate smooth operations.
- Marketing, and promoting the office on social media and other platforms.
- Assist with filing referrals and notes to offices (will train in-house)
- Maintaining a safe work area: clean, safe, fully stocked, well-organized work area
- Other duties that arise
Experience
- Strong work ethic with the ability to be self-sufficient
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to use a computer and learn new office software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently
Our office is steady but manageable. The office environment is warm, friendly and easygoing. Pay is hourly, plus commission off of packages sold.
