If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:
As a Quality Assurance Licensed Nurse (QA) LVN, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Auditing patient charts and clinical processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
· Analyzing healthcare data to spot trends in outcomes or errors.
· Developing or updating policies and procedures to improve quality.
· Investigating incidents or complaints and creating action plans.
· Training staff on best practices, documentation standards, or quality initiatives.
· Collaborating with leadership to meet accreditation or regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
· Participating in or leading quality improvement (QI) projects.
Must Have:
· LVN with current licensure to practice in the state
· Strong chart review and organizational skills
· Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
· Experience in a hospice agency environment
· Nursing experience providing direct care to hospice clients
