Job Description
The Personal Assistant will work with our Leadership team internally onsite. Hours are not guaranteed, this is an on-call as needed 1099 opening.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for connecting with the Leadership team to complete requested tasks and projects
- Monitoring calendars and events requiring leadership drive time and travel
- Receiving, storing and mailing packages containing company mail and giveaways appropriately
- Assisting with coordinating company event, attending to guest, and ensuring a clean environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Answering phone calls and routing as appropriate
- Comfortable working with a small close-knit team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Communications or other related fields
- 2 years of relevant assistant, administrative, and/or office management experience
- Experience with proficient level of writing and communicating through phone and email
- Experience being agile in a fast-changing environment and staying on top of tasks
Travel Requirements:
This position will involve some travel with the HQ location in Reston, VA.
