Tranquility Health is a healthcare start-up that manages onsite dental care for residents of senior living communities. We have experienced tremendous growth in a short amount of time, serving over 120 senior living communities throughout the Bay Area (North Bay, East Bay, South Bay, San Francisco). We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional Community Relations Manager who can take Tranquility Health to the next level! This position offers a flexible work schedule with the option for a hybrid-remote arrangement. With this autonomy comes high expectations for performance. To support your success, you will have monthly meetings with leadership. We are looking for a real go-getter!
Because Tranquility Health is a start-up, this role will likely shift and expand over time, as we enter adjacent geographic areas, build broader relationships with senior living management companies, and assemble our operational infrastructure. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, and with operating in an organization that is growing quickly and will change and adapt its organizational processes and structures as it grows and learns more about the market. Most importantly, we are looking for resourcefulness and willingness to individually problem solve tasks that might be "somebody else's job" at another, larger organization.
Duties will include:
- Meet weekly (in-person) with Executive Directors, Health and Wellness Directors, Sales/Marketing Directors, and Activity Directors of prospective senior living communities
- Meet weekly (in-person) with Executive Directors, Health and Wellness Directors, Sales/Marketing Directors, and Activity Directors of current senior living communities
- Follow-up on new patient leads
- Meet or exceed monthly new patient conversion goal
- Represent Tranquility Health at a minimum of 4 professional networking events per week
- Manage monthly marketing budget
- Plan and execute marketing events at senior living communities
- Develop and deliver collateral materials (digital and print marketing)
- Manage social media marketing
- Update organizational documents to reflect changes in community staff, locations of service
- Special projects: Walk to End Alzheimer's team lead, CALA Conference Exhibitor
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred
- Consistent track record of successfully achieving/exceeding account targets
- Successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships
- Schedule flexibility to work some evenings as necessary
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
