Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in assisted living, group homes, or home health settings, particularly those skilled in dementia care and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and Oral care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This after 90 days and medications class training.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties example tidy up after meals, after up for the day, removal of trash from room.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests.

- Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or home health environments is preferred however we can train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and medication administration is a plus, will provide training.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Ability to serve meals to residents, assisted as directed
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
