Job Description
This is a Full Time Customer Service Representative position located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.
We are looking for an individual who would be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism while ensuring the efficient booking of loads to optimize fleet movement. This individual would be responsible for assisting customers through various channels, adhere to all company/DOT policies, and assist with building a strong professional relationship with all customers.
