We currently have an opening for an Hours-of-Service Auditor, located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
We currently have an opening for an Hours-of-Service Auditor, located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist Drivers and Fleet Managers with questions regarding Hours-of-Service rules and regulations.
- Audit HOS, fuel report, violations on café, daily HOS violation report, PC report, unconfirmed log report, unassigned driving report.
- Audit DOT Inspections to ensure drivers are on duty during the inspection.
- Audit random drug screens to ensure drivers are on duty during the drug screen.
- Audit accidents to ensure drivers are on duty during time at the scene.
- Audit drivers with prior HOS violations every 3 months to ensure compliance.
- Process drug and alcohol collections
- Back up for Drivecam management
- Back up for passenger releases, driver and vehicle expirations
- Back-up for drug and alcohol tracking compliance, and citation/inspection department
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Five years of Safety Management experience
