Hours of Service Auditor

We currently have an opening for an Hours-of-Service Auditor, located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assist Drivers and Fleet Managers with questions regarding Hours-of-Service rules and regulations.
• Audit HOS, fuel report, violations on café, daily HOS violation report, PC report, unconfirmed log report, unassigned driving report.
• Audit DOT Inspections to ensure drivers are on duty during the inspection.
• Audit random drug screens to ensure drivers are on duty during the drug screen.
• Audit accidents to ensure drivers are on duty during time at the scene.
• Audit drivers with prior HOS violations every 3 months to ensure compliance.
• Process drug and alcohol collections
• Back up for Drivecam management
• Back up for passenger releases, driver and vehicle expirations
• Back-up for drug and alcohol tracking compliance, and citation/inspection department
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:

• A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• Five years of Safety Management experience
