Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a sales or enrollment appointment.
- Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule an enrollment meeting.
- Log all customer comments into the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in CRM.
- Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
- Post scheduled appointments on shared appointment calendar.
- Re-schedule “no-show” customer appointments.
- Follow-up with sales recruiters to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
- Maintain and update customer changes in database.
- Contact current customer base on current enrollment programs.
- Respond to customer website requests (internet leads).
- Notify necessary points of contact to inform of appointments set.
- Forward any customer concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Engages in business development.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Improve based upon constructive feedback towards meeting company and personal goals.
Pre-Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory Customer Service work experience.
- Some business development representative experience PREFERRED.
