Transportation or CDL experience is NOT required. We're looking for team members who help our students reach their dreams!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a sales or enrollment appointment.
  • Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule an enrollment meeting.
  • Log all customer comments into the CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in CRM.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
  • Post scheduled appointments on shared appointment calendar.
  • Re-schedule “no-show” customer appointments.
  • Follow-up with sales recruiters to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer changes in database.
  • Contact current customer base on current enrollment programs.
  • Respond to customer website requests (internet leads).
  • Notify necessary points of contact to inform of appointments set.
  • Forward any customer concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Engages in business development.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Improve based upon constructive feedback towards meeting company and personal goals.

Pre-Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Satisfactory Customer Service work experience.
  • Some business development representative experience PREFERRED.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
