Overview
TNS is seeking an ERP Support Manager to assist in maintaining and transforming our global Workday Support footprint.Success in this role relies on collaborating across teams, building/maintaining a strong support team, adapting to changing priorities and balancing multiple varied duties.
This position requires strong knowledge of business process, project management skills, and extensive experience managing ERP systems. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading a team of specialists who provide technical support, oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring efficient issue resolution, and maintaining the overall health and performance of the ERP system for users across the company. Reviews and monitors ERP system to ensure compliance with all applicable Audit requirements.
Team Management:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Hiring, training, and developing a team of ERP support specialists, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance. Skilled in facilitating training and mentoring team members. Capable of driving change and inspiring confidence in ERP initiatives.
Manage relationship with third-party vendor. To include, serving as the Point of Contact, performing onboarding / offboarding activities and managing support requests with the ERP vendor and related ERP support vendors
Incident Management:
Receiving and prioritizing support tickets, assigning issues to the appropriate team members, and tracking progress towards resolution.
System Monitoring:
Proactively monitoring the ERP system for performance issues, potential disruptions, and data integrity concerns. Stay up to date on Workday product releases, new features, and industry trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
Documentation:
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge base and documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users across different departments
- Leadership experience in managing a technical support team (local and virtual)
- Project management skills for coordinating system updates and maintenance
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
- For this role, we anticipate paying $120K - $160K annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
