Pay rate increases are tied to continuous safe driving and completion of quarterly safety classes. Other conditions apply, so be sure to contact TransAm for more information.
Eligible drivers may receive a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working full schedules, provided there are no service failures or preventable accidents. Continued employment is required for eligibility, and drivers must complete 30 days of employment before qualifying for the guaranteed weekly pay. Additional terms and conditions apply.
