Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Life Insurance Agent located in Dover, DE and Baltimore, MD with the flexibility for some work from home. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for insurance sales, brokerage, finance, customer service, and insurance-related tasks to help clients prepare for the future, protect their loved ones, and retire with income.
Products and services include term life insurance, universal life insurance, whole life insurance, Medicare supplement, group benefits, and fixed/indexed annuities.

Qualifications
- Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills
- Delaware, Maryland, and additional states as needed, life and health insurance licenses
- Finance knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Insurance expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Networking and social media processes and presence
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
