Job Description Summary Provide leadership and strategic direction with a significant emphasis on growth as well as compliance for Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA) sales, supervision, partnerships, network/platform optimization, and risk management functions supporting over 3,000 advisors in the US. The President, Transamerica Financial Advisors, works closely and reports to the President of World Financial Group, Todd Buchanan, as a strategy and thought leader on initiatives that impact the footprint and transformation of the organization. Job Description Responsibilities: Provide leadership to coordinate the sale of protection products and investment strategy portfolios through brokerage general agents, registered investment advisors, institutional money managers, and others independent wholesale/marketing organizations. Drive innovative and technology driven solutions to provide exceptional service and support levels across product lines for partners and customers. Partner with leadership to recruit new advisors and teams to grow the existing Transamerica Financial Advisor Network. Lead the team in achieving annual GDC and growth goals. Manage partner relationships to leverage success and make decisions on the allocation of resources based on growth strategies. Coordinate consistency in sales efforts, support services and relationship building across multiple product lines. Work across functional departments to coordinate the sales effort (e.g. marketing, internal sales, training, compliance, operations, pricing, etc.) Serve as a catalyst for change to implement strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience 15 years of industry experience with Broker/Dealer sales, operations, administration, including leadership roles Tech savvy with digital expertise and experience Transformational experience driving top line growth In-depth knowledge of various securities and investment products, protection products, and wholesale/marketing organizations Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver important messages to key internal and external stakeholders, and diverse groups across the organization Proven experience in the ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry Experience weighing multiple options and making tough trade off decisions Relationship building skills and the ability to influence outcomes Proven track record of leading an organization that has successfully recruited and grown advisors and teams into the Broker-Dealer FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, or 65 Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with national financial services (Fidelity platforms) FMAX, Wealthscape, e-Money Life license FINRA Series 6, 63 ChFC, CFP, or other professional financial services or insurance designation Knowledge of Transamerica products Experience working with World Financial Group, Inc. **Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules and other compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.** Compensation: The Salary for this position generally ranges between $225,000 - $335,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2 and other applicable local regulations. Bonus Eligibility: This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
