Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits programs or consulting services Client-facing experience in benefits consulting is preferred Experience in benefits design and management, including interpreting complex benefits plans Content management experience within tech or healthcare industries
