Location: Brookfield, WI – In office
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am CT – 4:30 pm CT
Compensation: $70,000 – 80,000, based on experience

As a Paraplanner, you can expect to:
- Provide technical support to three seasoned advisors
- Prepare for meetings with top clients, review client meeting notes, complete follow up tasks, generate reports, and correspond with clients
- Participate and listen carefully in meetings and translate the discussions into a strategy for data collection and analysis to help drive financial planning efforts
- Complete accurate financial plans using the firm’s customized planning tools
- Perform analysis of planning strategies, risks, and opportunities in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, insurance and risk management planning, asset allocation, asset protection, etc.
- Own the implementation of client planning strategies
- Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
- Respond to client service needs throughout the year, being particularly attuned to the needs of clients’ next generation family members
- Stay current on trends in the financial planning area
- Recommend new or updated tools and resources to keep the firm on the cutting edge (regarding customer relationship management tools, trading models, etc.)
- Participate in events designed to strengthen bonds with clients
- Minimum of three years of experience in the industry, with one year in a planning role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
- Series 7 and 66 within 9 months of hiring
- SIE® (Securities Industry Essentials®) within 3 months of hire
- Life and health insurances licenses within 6 months of hire
- Outstanding detail-orientation and communication skills
- Ability to be effective and productive while working independently
- Strong desire to learn and build a career
- Strong computer desktop skills are required (e.g., MSOffice Suite, RightCapital, Riskalyze, Holistiplan)
- Demonstrated job stability
