SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Location: Columbus, OH (in-office)
Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000
Status: Full-time

Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will roll up your sleeves and work in collaboration with the entire team, including the other advisors and the firm’s Founder. As a key part of the team, you will help tackle complex financial, estate, tax, and insurance planning situations and deliver an experience to clients that is second to none.

In your role as a Senior Financial Advisor, you can expect to:
o Work alongside the team to adopt the firm’s philosophies, strategies, values, and standards for existing clients and referrals that are assigned to you
o Collaborate with the team to master the processes and systems that underlie the firm’s value proposition
o Ensure a consistent experience for all clients of the firm through:
o Producing client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
• Conduct review meetings in conjunction with the -firm’s advisors.
• Ease the advisors’ capacity issues by servicing existing clients and new incoming
referrals.
• Monitor account alerts.
• Generate review meeting materials for client presentation.
o Continuously maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their unique
circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
• During review meetings, analyze clients’ income, expenses, assets, and debt situation
(at least annually), and document appropriately.
• Review clients’ goals and risk profile.
• Recommend solutions to help clients achieve goals; including appropriate investment,
tax and insurance solutions.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, create summary letters and file notes, and perform
necessary follow-up.
o Responding to client service needs throughout the year
• Provide outstanding client service by responding to incoming phone calls from clients
and addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
o Stay current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
o Serve in support of the entire team on tasks such as money movement (contributions, withdrawals, journals, etc.) as well as tax loss harvesting.
o Other tasks as needed for the team to excel and function optimally.
This position is best suited for:
o An outstanding independent financial advisor, perhaps a sole practitioner, seeking a more robust
working environment with better resources.
o An advisor from a wire house channel who wants to be part of an established and growing financial
planning team.

Qualifications for this opportunity include:
o Bachelor’s degree required; finance or psychology preferred
o Series 7
o Advanced degree or designation (MBA, CFP®, or AIF) highly desirable
o A clean U-4
o Minimum of ten years of experience as a fee-based advisor
o Strong computer desktop skills: Office365
o Demonstrated job stability and commitment to career progression
