Systems Analyst

Role: System Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Rate: $60/hr on C2C
NEED ONLY LOCAL TO RICHMOND, VA or Commuting distance is OK.
Skills
- Extensive experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site analysis and use cases. - Required 10 Years
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Required 12 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Required 12 Years
- Experience in an agile development environment - Required 5 Years
Role and Responsibilities:
- Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
- Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly in order for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications.
- Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
