To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills. You should also be able to build relationships quickly and thoughtfully, recognize the importance of elevating a whole community's voice in the redesign process, and be excited about partnering with school and community stakeholders to bring ambitious new school designs to life.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working as a former school Principal or in a similar leadership role.
- Direct experience with design, innovation, 21st century skills, change management, and/or 'next generation' school models.
- Entrepreneurial hunger to build, learn, and lead in a lean and at times ambiguous context.
