In this role, you will explore prompt engineering, software quality assurance (QA) standards, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis to develop a scalable and sustainable process for expert QA of AI translation of medical documents across multiple languages. While machine translation and AI-driven translation offer immense promise, human-in-the-loop review remains essential to ensuring accuracy and clinical safety. The challenge lies in optimizing the balance between AI efficiency and expert human oversight. You will work with our team to design a QA protocol that leverages both AI and human expertise, maximizing accuracy while maintaining scalability. This is an opportunity to define best practices in AI translation quality assurance and contribute to innovation in multilingual healthcare communication.

You will be essential in developing culturally resonant Blossom stories, providing critical insights for medical training in Canopy, and refining advanced language learning materials. Opportunity 4: AI-Enhanced Multimedia Design Fellow

In this role, you will explore the frontier of AI-powered design, transforming raw AI-generated visuals, animations, and audio into high-quality, educational content that supports language learning and healthcare communication. You’ll gain hands-on experience with prompt engineering, typography, collaborative design workflows, and the creation of UI/UX mockups. Working across our Blossom and Canopy platforms, you’ll help bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real-world learning needs by enhancing the clarity, cultural relevance, and educational impact of every design you touch.
