Minimum Requirements
To join our team of solo drivers, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience in the last 2 years

We are headquartered in Russellville, AR, on I-40 between Little Rock and Fort Smith, with an additional maintenance terminal in North Little Rock. Our locations provide easy access, modern facilities, and complete amenities for our drivers.
We operate over 350 power units and 700 dry van trailers, with a fleet consisting of 175 solo drivers and 170 teams. Our niche is customized service for customers requiring Just-In-Time performance.
