Route Sales Driver

TransCold Distribution is the premier wholesale supplier and distributor of ice cream and frozen goods throughout Western Canada and the United States. Headquartered on Annacis Island, Delta, BC, we have 14 locations and 240 employees. TransCold provides exclusive access to the most recognized and popular brands in the world with industry best product variety and customer service. We deliver to Major Grocery, Drug, Gas & Convenience, chain retailers and independent retailers across Western North American markets through Direct to Store Delivery (DSD), and Warehouse Fulfillment, and provide services for mobile vendors, corporate events and third-party logistics (3PL) customers.

We are seeking a full time, Route Sales Driver to join our team in Burlington, WA

Compensation includes both an hourly base rate plus commissions

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide first-class service to all customers on an assigned route.
• Maximizes sales by promoting the full product lineup and exercise effective merchandising.
• Manage and grow sales on an assigned route.
• Visits all accounts on assigned route on a regular basis.
• Maintain safe driving with zero preventable accidents.
• Performs other tasks within the scope of the role as necessary.
• DSD (Direct Sales Delivery)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate
• 2-years professional driving experience (Class C license vehicle) with 3 years clean driving record
• Valid CMV Medical Certification Required
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

• Hourly Base Rate Plus Commission $13.45 Commission $70K plus
