ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The incumbent should be able to perform all the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide solutions that align with the company’s strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Advise employees and leaders on employee-related issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, corrective action, employee grievance, leave of absence, worker's compensation, and workplace culture.
  • Talent Management: Support the recruitment and selection process, partnering with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and talent gaps. Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding employee experience.
  • Performance Management: Lead and facilitate performance management process. Partner with leaders to manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Organizational Development: Lead and facilitate succession planning, employee development, and leadership training initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Provide insight into compensation strategy and manage employee benefits to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Change Management: Lead or support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, restructuring, or process improvements.
  • Compliance & Legal Support: Monitor labor laws, regulations, and HR policies to ensure company compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making, track employee engagement, and measure effectiveness.
  • Culture & Engagement: Fosters a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and supporting a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Domestic U.S travel is required.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree is required. Relevant full-time human resources experience can be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis. Five years of human resources experience is required, with five years in a supervisory role preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is preferred. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees to influence change in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and other web-based HR/talent systems are required. A valid driver’s license is required.
