Summary
The Brand and Marketing Manager will develop and execute brand marketing and marketing strategies to enhance awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth. This role is responsible for managing company-wide marketing efforts, including social media, PR, HubSpot, website content, and advertising, as well as leading BusTickets.com’s marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is bilingual and capable of conducting product demos for clients while also developing multilingual marketing materials. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, execution, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners—without direct reports.
Essential Functions
Brand Management & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own brand messaging, storytelling, and positioning across all channels.
- Lead BusTickets.com marketing efforts, managing HubSpot campaigns to drive engagement.
- Oversee company-wide marketing initiatives, including social media, PR, website content, and advertising.
- Create marketing plans that encourage client participation in new features and partnerships.
- Digital Marketing & Client Engagement
- Manage HubSpot for email marketing, automation, and lead generation.
- Develop and optimize multilingual marketing content for global client engagement.
- Conduct bilingual product demos (English & Spanish or French) for clients.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Public Relations & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key partners.
- Oversee press releases, media placements, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
- Performance & Optimization
- Analyze market trends, client insights, and competitive activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing within the SaaS industry (travel industry experience a plus).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, HubSpot, PR, content creation, and social media.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish or French required) for client-facing product demos and marketing content.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
