This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world AI solutions that streamline customer support, automate dispute resolution, and enhance multilingual experiences. Key Projects & Responsibilities Include
- AI-Powered CSR Assistant
- Develop GenAI models that suggest resolutions, autofill responses, and retrieve customer history.
- Fine-tune OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source LLMs with tolling-specific datasets.
- Conversational IVR & Chatbots
- Transform legacy IVR flows into natural language conversations.
- Integrate NLP with RingCentral to enhance customer experience and reduce CSR load.
- Agentic AI for Dispute Resolution
- Build autonomous agents that handle case lookups, analyze transponder data, and draft responses.
- Chain AI actions with internal workflows to update case records automatically.
- Multi-lingual GenAI CX Assistant
- Implement real-time voice/text translation with tone-aware communication.
- Enhance customer experience with personalized, multi-language interactions.
- Familiarity with .NET framework.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented concepts
- Familiarity with XML and JSON
- Familiarity with Angular JS framework.
- Familiarity with Entity framework
- Familiarity with build/deployment/unit testing tools
- Highly motivated team player and a self-starter
- Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
- Experience or coursework in GenAI, NLP, or agentic workflows
- Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, LLM3)
- Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, and cloud-based AI services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile R&D environments
- Prior experience in customer support tools, IVR, or tolling industry is a plus
