TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Sr Procurement Coordinator to join our Team. Qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX are invited to apply.
The Sr Procurement Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of procurement related paperwork and maintaining competitive quotes in procurement software systems such as SmartSheets and AppEnhancer. This position processes credit card transactions and travel card charges for completeness / accuracy and contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies. The Sr Procurement Coordinator works closely under the supervision of Senior Buyers and Procurement Managers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review & validate requisitions under $1,000.
- Monitor receipt of goods and services.
- Enter Purchase Requisition data into ERP system.
- Place purchase orders to vendors.
- Resolve Accounts Payables and vendor invoice discrepancies.
- Responsible for office supplies and other vendor-managed inventory as assigned.
- Executes ESG Questionnaires to all suppliers for Sustainability Reporting.
