We are Now Hiring a Dispatcher in Everett, WA!
Transdev is proud to offer:
- $24.76 Subject to Union contract - hourly non-exempt
- VAC: up to 14 days
- PSL: Accrual FT 8 hrs monthly/ PT 5 hrs monthly per CBA.
- Other benefits: Eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision after 90 calendar days of employment for FT employees.
- Life Insurance, 401k, and company holidays.
- Pay Range: Need Range
- Subject to union contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily road service
- Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns
- Manage emergencies for Operators
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Technical degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience dispatching
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literate
