Parts Coordinator

Transdev in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning and fueling with limited supervision. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Competitive compensation package of $23.50 hourly.

Benefits include :

Vacation : minimum of 80 hours

Sick days : 48 hours

Holidays : 112 hours; 80 standard and 32 floating

Other standard benefits : 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities :

Order, receive and stock parts; maintains storage area

Computer data entry & pulling reports

Maintain files and other related records

Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 to 3 years of parts room experience

Computer literate with strong attention to detail.

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements : The essential functions of this position require the ability to :

Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.

Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level 77

Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
