Transdev is seeking a Customer Care Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation to and from destinations in vehicles designed for wheelchair lifts, seats, and special access. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing door-to-door transportation for passengers safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring passengers are properly secured and aiding with all entries and exits.
- Greeting passengers, accepting fare payment, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Notifying dispatch of all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns.
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
