Ensures data integrity by verifying input and calculations.Assists with the payroll process and identifies exceptions.Analyzes Driver exception time submittals.Maintains organized computer and / or hard copy files for easy identification and retrieval.Provides administrative and clerical support to other departments, as needed.Provides front desk coverage, as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Licensing, and Certifications : High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).Experience Required : Two (2) years of experience performing administrative or clerical support in an office environment, or reconciling / auditing data, cash, or cash equivalents.Skills and Knowledge Required : Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
