We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.Transdev is proud to offer : CBA Position : Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement : $18.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)Benefits include : Vacation : up to 7 days per year Paid Sick Leave : 40 Hours Yearly. Full time employees; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor. Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses. Other duties as required.Qualifications :

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.Physical Requirements : Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
